The quest started in 2012 when we established the Let’s Meat and Antonnio’s restaurant chains, aiming to bring proper food to real people.
To fulfill this goal we began a second quest: Find high quality, sustainably produced ingredients that would allow us to make food that we love and that our customers keep coming back for. You know, proper food. But… we didn’t always like what we found.
So we began a third quest.
If we couldn’t get what we needed, we’d need to find what we wanted. And after extensive research and investigation we created our own line of foodstuffs and ingredients.
We partnered with a farm where we raise livestock and grow much of our own produce. And we scoured the country for the finest ingredients on offer. With these basics in place we could pursue our dream of what proper food should be. Finally we had what we needed to control what goes into our food – and what came out of our kitchens. Proper food.
Our handpicked ingredients underpin the success of our two restaurant chains, but before long we found ourselves with another challenge: Customers kept wanting to buy our products.
It was time to embark on another quest, and the result is Lets Deli – where we bring you the very finest back – to- basics, farm stall good food. We don’t use additives, take no shortcuts and use no half measures.
Proper food is our business, and helping you to make it and eat it at home is our passion.
